Jennifer Royer, an outreach specialist for Veterans Multi-Service Center (VMC)Inc., recently introduced herself and the organization to a room full of local business and organizational leaders. Since 1980, VMC has been advancing the cause of veterans, advocating at all levels on their behalf, giving voice to their concerns, bringing attention to and action on their earned benefits and a just resolve to their needs. The VMC has expanded to serve 13 counties in Central Pa., including: Potter, Tioga, Cameron, Clinton, Lycoming, Centre, Union, Northumberland, Mifflin, Snyder, Juniata, Fulton and Franklin. They provide supportive services to qualified individual veterans and veteran families who are experiencing homelessness or are at risk of becoming homeless.
