REQUEST FOR BIDS
Sealed bids will be received by the Mifflinburg Area School District, Attn:
Thomas R. Caruso, Business Administrator, 178 Maple Street, Mifflinburg,
PA 17844 until 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, February 3, 2021 for the following
project.

ELEMENTARY FENCING
Sealed bids shall be clearly marked ELEMENTARY FENCING and shall be
mailed or delivered to the owner to be received not later than the time as
stated above. The bids will be opened and read aloud at that time. Bids
received after that time will not be accepted. The bid shall be irrevocable
for a period of sixty (60) days from the bid opening date.
Bid documents can be obtained from the Business Administrator, 178
Maple Street, Mifflinburg, PA 17844, 570-966-8200 or via the Districts’
website, www.mifflinburg.org.
A pre-bid conference will be held at the District Administration Office, 178
Maple St. Mifflinburg, PA 17844 at 9:00 A.M. on Friday, January 22, 2021.
The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive, at its
discretion, any or all irregularities, mistakes, omissions or informalities relative thereto.
