TURBOTVILLE — The Defenders plated 13 runs in the first three innings and cruised past East Juniata Saturday in Turbotville.
Gracy Beachel and Madi Waltman doubled and Jade Swartz had a pair of hits for the unbeaten (4-0) Defenders.
Warrior Run is back in action today at home with Loyalsock.

LOYALSOCK TOWNSHIP — Loyalsock rallied from a 4-0 deficit to top Mifflinburg Saturday at Loyalsock.
Libby Whittaker doubled and drove in a pair for the Wildcats, who fell to 4-1. Delaney Good had a pair of hits and scored a pair of runs, Brook Karcher had a pair of hits and scored a pair of runs and Kira Hackenberg tripled.
Loyalsock improved to 5-2.
The Wildcats are back in action today at Penns Valley.

ALMEDIA — The Blue Jays rallied from an early deficit and scored in the bottom of the eighth to top Lewisburg Saturday at Central Columbia.
Peter Marrara was 2-for-5 with an RBI and Josh Heath doubled and scored two runs to pace the Dragons’ offense. Andrew Ramirez had a hit and scored three runs and Jake Brooks doubled.
Central improved to 2-2, 2-2 HAC-II while the Dragons fell to 0-3, 0-3 HAC-II.
Lewisburg travels to Warrior Run today.

LEHMAN TOWNSHIP — Lewisburg jumped out to an early lead and cruised past Lake Lehman Saturday in boys lacrosse action.
Brett Newcomb scored six goals and Matt Spaulding added three goals ad two assists. Ethan Spaulding had four goals.
Connor McCollum tallied a dozen saves for the Dragons.
Lewisburg is now 3-1 and will host State College today at 4:30.
