Flames ripped through a home in the 900 block of Washington Ave., Lewisburg around 3:30 p.m. Wednesday.
The home appeared to be undergoing renovations at the time the blaze broke out. Firefighters on scene said a report on the fire would be issued Thursday morning.
Volunteers from the William Cameron Engine Company, Lewisburg, the Mifflinburg Hose Company, a medic unit from Evangelical Community Hospital and officers from the East Buffalo Township and Lewisburg police departments responded to the scene.
