Cadette Girl Scouts serve as ‘canvas’ for younger sisters

Cadettes Riley Hoey, Kira Wise, Kisa Elliott, Paige Emery, Ava Stephens, Olivia Schenck and Sarah Criswell served as ‘canvas’ for younger Girl Scouts who dressed as Crayola crayons at the Mifflinburg Halloween parade. Younger Scouts drew and wrote messages on the white shirts of the Cadettes, who are generally in the sixth to ninth grades.
