Mr. and Mrs. Donald Meckley of Milton observed their 58th wedding anniversary on Dec. 17.
 Mrs. Meckley, the former Isabel Erb, is a native of Mifflinburg. She attended Mifflinburg area schools and retired from the Milton Shoe Factory with 25 years of service.
Mr. Meckley, a native of Milton, attended Milton area schools and retired from Bowersox Truck Rentals with over 30 years of service. He served three years with the National Guard. He is a resident of Kramm Nursing Home and Rehabilitation, Watsontown.
They are the parents of four daughters and two sons, Nancy Fetzer of Lewisburg, Ginny Smith of Lewisburg, Wayne of Turbotville, Steve of Milton, Mary Young of West Milton and Wanda Fulmer of Turbotville. There are 10 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. One grandchild passed away in 1986.
An anniversary celebration was held at Kramm Nursing Home and Rehabilitation Center.
